“I took a lift recliner to Ozmax due to a wire being frayed that connects the remote to the controller. Ozmax made the requested repair that same day, but the chair still did not work. Ozmax spent time and lot of research efforts to find the problem. They discovered that the problem was a chip on the controller. Ozmax spent time and effort trying to find the required chip only to find it is no longer available. They then researched and found a replacement control and remote that they modified the wiring in my chair to get all the functionality the chair originally had. I would highly recommend Ozmax to anyone that needs repairs done on any device that involves electrical services.”
